Job Profile

Growth (Brand and Content) Manager

Powering some of the largest global digital lenders, financial institutions, and fintech players across the U.S., LATAM, Europe, and Asia, Monnai is building the world’s leading identity and risk data infrastructure. At the core of the company is a commitment to data quality, operational performance at scale, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers globally.

Monnai recently raised a new $10M+ financing round and is operating from a position of strength, having reached profitability and grown revenue 5× in 2025. To date, the company has been deliberately focused on building deep technology and strong, hands-on customer engagement, while remaining relatively quiet on brand and marketing. We are now entering the next chapter - an intentional step “out of stealth” - with a clear goal of sharpening how Monnai shows up in the market.

We’re looking for a Growth, Brand & Content Lead to play a central role in that transition. This is not about mass marketing. The goal is to drive targeted, high-impact actions that deepen engagement with key customers and prospects, improve brand clarity and message consistency, and creatively translate the strength of Monnai’s technology and customer outcomes into compelling narratives the market can understand and remember.

At Monnai, we operate as one team, where clarity, customer impact, creativity, and long-term value creation come first. Success isn’t measured by impressions or channel count - it’s measured by whether customers and prospects understand our value, are compelled to test the platform, and expand usage over time.

Operating Environment & What to Expect

Monnai is a real, working business with a proven product, strong customer adoption, profitability, and rapid growth - but we are still early. Teams are lean and hands-on, processes are evolving, and priorities can shift quickly as we learn and scale. Direction is not always fully formed; clarity often needs to be created.

If you look at Monnai’s current online presence - a limited public footprint, an inactive LinkedIn account, and relatively little information available - that’s intentional. Until now, we’ve prioritized building technology and working closely with customers over brand and marketing. This role exists precisely to change that: to thoughtfully bring Monnai out of stealth, sharpen how we show up publicly, and turn real product and customer strength into a clear, consistent, and creatively differentiated market presence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with ambiguity, limited structure, and constant motion - and who can turn rough inputs, evolving ideas, and incomplete direction into something coherent, polished, and distinctive.

What This Role Is About

Extension of the founders

Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape Monnai’s narrative, positioning, and go-to-market clarity. Act as a creative and strategic sounding board, helping define not just what we say, but how we say it.

Category and narrative owner

Define and evolve Monnai’s positioning as identity and risk data infrastructure, ensuring consistency and creative edge across PR, website, Linkedin, sales materials and founder communications.

Hands-on creator and operator

Roll up your sleeves to create, ship, and iterate on high-quality content that supports adoption, messaging, customer stories, thought leadership, visual concepts, and enablement. This is a senior individual contributor role, not a people-management-first role.

Company builder

Help shape how Monnai grows, not just through awareness, but by creatively reducing friction for customers to test, evaluate, and scale usage of the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Monnai’s brand narrative, messaging framework, and content strategy across all surfaces.

  • Translate complex identity and risk data capabilities into clear, credible, and creatively differentiated customer-facing language.

  • Partner closely with product and GTM teams to turn customer insights into stories, positioning, and assets.

  • Create and manage content tied directly to adoption and growth, including website messaging, customer use cases, sales enablement, founder-led thought leadership, and campaign concepts.

  • Support funding announcements, product launches, and major company milestones with clear, consistent, and compelling messaging.

  • Work with external partners (PR, brand, design) and ensure their output compounds into long-lived, reusable assets.

  • Continuously refine how Monnai helps customers understand value, test faster, and expand usage over time.

Who You Are

  • 5–10+ years of experience in growth, brand, content, or product marketing roles, ideally in B2B infrastructure, data, fintech, or technically complex products.

  • A strong creative instinct - you care about language, storytelling, structure, and taste, not just correctness.

  • Equally comfortable working with technical teams as you are shaping external narratives and customer-facing messaging.

  • Hands-on by default, you enjoy writing, editing, shaping concepts, and iterating yourself.

  • Experience in early-stage or growth-stage environments, with an appreciation for focus, speed, and efficiency.

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited process, and motivated to create clarity where it doesn’t yet exist.

  • Outcome-driven: you think about what content does, not just how it looks.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excited to build, refine, and scale.
